Our Philosophy

At KIP Learning Center, we believe that learning should never end and that “Education is Achieved, not Received!” Our main focus is education first. School Education has become increasingly difficult for many students as well as parents. This is where KIP comes in. KIP bridges the gap between home and school by ensuring that each and every student acquires supervised homework assistance and tutoring. We ensure that homework is completed and thoroughly checked in a timely manner. KIP also provides additional tutoring in reading, math, CRCT / ITBS computer prep. Many parents must deal with work, traffic, and providing the basic necessities of life to their family and may not have the time, energy or patience to help their child an additional 1 to 2 hours after coming home from a long day at work. KIP steps in and cuts that required educational time to a minimum of 30 minutes daily. KIP encourages parent to simply review their child’s homework daily (10 min.), ask a few questions pertaining to the homework daily (10 min.), and read with their child daily (10 min.).

We believe that far too many traditional Daycare Centers exist. That’s why we are setting the standards and raising the bar for supplemental student learning. Our environment encourages students to learn, empowers them to become responsible students, help them develop social skills and give them freedom to explore in a safe and clean environment. KIP has a trained teacher and an age-appropriate ABEKA curriculum to lead the way.

KIP provides broad games, entrainment and educational videos, outdoors play, and fun exciting fieldtrips during school holidays, teacher workdays, and Summer Camp.

Program Highlights

We will accomplish our vision by ensuring that on a daily basis, each student has supervised homework assistance. Additionally we provide tutoring in math and reading through interactive games, computers, or individual tutoring. Grade-appropriate reading time is allotted to each student in individual as well as in a group setting. On a monthly basis, a variety of grade-level science experiments and social studies projects are conducted. The projects will focus on influential individuals that have made a difference in the world. Our students learn about different career opportunities available to them through research and motivational speakers quarterly. A qualified motivated staff member is on hand to assist them with these tasks daily.
